CHALLENGE |
| To creative a multi-faceted staff incentive scheme based on the key company values, to which all levels of staff could follow, understand and be motivated to take part in. Critical to the plan was to ensure the understanding of these values at all levels and encourage staff performance that would be in accordance with these values. The scheme entailed the creation of various items promoting the plan and used by staff members, such as passports, leaflets, posters and booklets. |
